Quick Travel first aid kit

How was your weekend? I spent the weekend biking with the family and Birthday parties! Needless to say it is hard to complete a bunch of crafts with weekends jam packed! But today I thought I would share a quick fun First aid kit. I am the most accident prone person, I can cut myself by looking at something sharp!! So a first aid kit is something that should never be to far away from me!

I was shopping at Roberts and they had these fun little bead holders for $1.99 (plus a 40%off coupon). The inside is meant for different beads But it actually makes the perfect first aid kit!

 

Simply fill with first aid stuff (band aides, Neosporin, gauze, cotton balls, safety pin, Tums, Tylenol) And add to your purse, diaper bag, car, or perfect size for kids backpacks (just don't add the Tylenol I would hate for them to get in trouble!). I wrote on mine but Vinyl would also be cute. These would also make great little gifts for neighbors and friends.Also would be great for those graduate going off to college! You know when you left home a first aid kit was the last thing on your list!! Our be fun for a group activity.

A Quick Gift

So I bought a few necklaces and I had full intention to borrow Kori’s soldering iron(i hope i spelled that right) and make my own mini picture frame to add to them
 
As i was trying to find the little glass i was looking for I came across a new product that Hobby lobby carries and I will be honest I went a little crazy! I bought a bunch almost 1 in each size.

It was so easy to just print out a cute picture, measure it out and cut it.

Each frame easily opens and my favorite part is that I can change out the pictures.

I added it to my necklace and that's it!

I’m not the biggest jewelry fan but I love my new necklace. I cant wait to wear it.

I even made one for my husband but used the bigger one and instead of a necklace I made it to hang from his rear view mirror. He loves it!
The little picture frames are so cute and were only $2.47 so it was money well spent.

Personalized Graffiti Pots

I help with my church's Achievement Days program and we have the 10-11 year old girls. Yesterday I decided to let them make Mothers day gifts and I had to keep it simple we only have an hour!

Items Needed:

• Terra cotta Pots
• Sharpies
• clear coat
• flowers (you could even make flower pens for teachers!)

I simply told the girls to add all the fun words that reminded them of their moms. Grandmas would love them too!  Didn't they come out cute. It will easily work for any age. I also think these would make excellent Teacher appreciation gifts. Add a flower pen with some words like “Thanks for helping me Grow/bloom!”

WOW, We survived our first few weeks as a blog! We are so excited to have followers!! Thank you all for showing us some ♥ love. We hope we don't let you down!
Ok, now to get down to business! Do you all have that room or closet that is your hide all? You know when company shows up and you have to clean quickly.  Mine is my guest bedroom. I just cant seem to keep it clean. I hide all my finds and crafts in there until I can finish them. Do you have ideas for items but just need the motivation or the final insiration? That is what we are here for and next month is your chance! 
February is going to be TRASH 2 TREASURE month here! We have some fun stuff planned and some good uses for all that stuff you know you should throw out but just cant seem to part with. I know my husband keeps telling me I am going to be on the show Hoarders!!
